Lars V. Olson Fine Homebuilding provides consulting services to our clients and architects on project costs, budgets and scheduling. We work with Engineers, Architects and clients alike to achieve a proper budget and schedule and provide the type of guidance needed to get you through the negotiation stages to a signed contract and multiple bidders.

Caretaking

Lars V. Olson Fine Homebuilding has been taking care of homes for clients for many years. We will check on your home while you’re unable to be there to make sure the home you love will always be there. We can provide the service of meeting contractors or getting prices for projects you may be thinking of doing on the house or on your property. Lars V. Olson Fine Homebuilding is also the first call from your alarm company should there be trouble. We’ll meet the authorities at the property and take them through to check and be reassured your home is safe and secure while you sleep quietly.
